Employment Opportunities

All teachers wishing to teach in New Zealand must meet the criteria which are required for the professional Registration as a Teacher in New Zealand. Registration Criteria with New Zealand Teachers Council.

For teachers with foreign qualifications, this will include an assessment of all qualifications obtained outside New Zealand. This assessment is performed by the New Zealand Qualifications Authority in Wellington.  NZQA Assessment of Overseas Qualifications.

In addition, those wishing to teach in the Seventh-day Adventist School System should be committed to upholding and maintaining the principles and standards of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
